About this set
The Jagdpanzer Tiger/P (Elephant) set recreates the upgraded German tank destroyer. Nearly 1800 pieces build a 1:28 scale model with the improved hull and 8.8 cm gun that earned it the Elephant nickname.
Historical background
Elefant was the upgraded name for surviving Ferdinands after modifications in 1943–1944. Improvements included a machine gun, better armor, and Commander's cupola. Used in Italy and on the Eastern Front.
