The Wirbelwind Flakpanzer IV set recreates the German self-propelled anti-aircraft vehicle based on the Panzer IV chassis. Over 1400 pieces build a 1:28 scale model with the distinctive quadruple 2 cm Flak 38 turret.
Historische achtergrond
Wirbelwind (Whirlwind) was a German anti-aircraft tank, created by mounting a quadruple 2 cm Flak 38 on a Panzer IV chassis. About 105 were converted in 1944. Effective against low-flying aircraft.
